The SLI is a flexible Bag Liner/Inserter designed for automatic in-line bag sealing, cutting, and inserting. The system handles a wide range of different style containers. The bags are made from polyethylene or co-extruded, gusseted tubular roll film material, dust-free inside and leakproof. Operation:

Empty erected cases arrive to the SLI, narrow side leading, with the top flaps vertical. The cases are indexed into the loading position.

A bag is sealed, cut, and formed from the gussetted tube roll stock of co-extruded or high density polyethylene film. The bag is lowered into the case, opened and cuffed over the top flaps of the case.

The bag lined case is discharged onto the customer supplied take-away conveyor. The lined case is now ready for product loading.
